The Law Office of Kevin J. Hubbard, LLC represents various clients in matters related to real estate and estate planning.  Owner, Kevin J. Hubbard, Esq., has experience with thousands of real estate transactions across the State of New Jersey, involving residential and commercial properties, condominiums, and co-ops, in rural, suburban, and urban areas.  These transactions include purchases, sales, refinances, retitling of properties, leases, 1031 exchanges, short-sales, and loan modifications.  Kevin’s clients have included single individuals, married couples, families, developers, investors, landlords, tenants, estates, trustees, and small businesses.

Kevin J. Hubbard, Esq. also represents individuals and families in estate planning and will drafting, as well as business formation, municipal court matters, and expungements.

Kevin graduated from the University of Rochester and received his Juris Doctor from Villanova University.  At Villanova University, Kevin was an Articles Editor for the Environmental Law Journal.  He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 2007 and the New York Bar in 2008.

Kevin is an occasional lecturer to local realtors and was the former President of the Summit Bar Association.

Kevin currently resides in New Providence with his wife and three sons, and volunteers at the Summit Area YMCA and New Providence Recreational Department.

For many, purchasing or selling real estate coincides with other milestones in their life.  As a result, it is often a natural next step to consider whether new or revised estate planning is needed.  A basic estate plan typically includes a Last Will and Testament, a Living Will (Advance Directive for Health Care and Appointment of Health Care Representative), and Power of Attorney (upon disability).
